In commemoration of the Zebulon Pike Bicentennial, the 40-piece symphony will be joined by the Zebulon Pike Ensemble, a trio of acoustic musicians who focus on early Americana-type music and provide a multi-media presentation. The orchestra will also feature selections about the West by American composer, Aaron Copland.
The public is invited. There is no admission charge.
Saturday the 21st, 7:30pm at the Salida Steamplant Theater
Sunday matinee the 22nd, 3pm at Mountain Heights Baptist Church, Buena Vista
