River Run Inn Bed and Breakfast was built in Salida Colorado in 1892 as the Chaffee County Poor Farm. Today it's listed on the National Register of Historic Places and bears little resemblance to its humble beginnings. Now renovated rooms are elegant, wireless Internet is available and a gracious front porch invites guests to relax and view the glorious Salida, Colorado sunsets. A smaller back porch is a favorite for morning coffee and watching hummingbirds.
